Function and Efficacy
The pH value of this product is 7.4, and it is a water and electrolyte supplement and alkalizer. Its gluconate and acetate are oxidized in the body and eventually metabolized into carbon dioxide and water.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: 5.26g sodium chloride, 5.02g sodium gluconate, 3.68g sodium acetate, 0.37g potassium chloride, and 0.30g magnesium chloride per 1000ml.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.
Indication
This product can be used as a supplementary source of water and electrolytes and an alkalinizing agent. This product is compatible with blood and blood components and can be infused before or after blood transfusion (i.e. as a priming solution) using the same administration device, can be added to the blood components being infused, or used as a diluent for blood cells.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip (sterile operation, see the instructions on the packaging bag for details): The dosage depends on the patient's age, weight, clinical symptoms and laboratory test results, and should be followed by the doctor.
Adverse Reactions
During infusion, due to the solution or operation, fever reaction, local infection at the injection site, venous thrombosis, phlebitis, fluid extravasation and excessive circulating blood volume may occur. If any adverse reaction occurs, the infusion should be stopped immediately and the patient should be evaluated to develop an appropriate treatment plan. If necessary, retain the remaining solution for testing.
Precautions
Adding drugs may cause incompatibility. There is no complete data at present. Do not use additives with known incompatibility. If possible, consult a pharmacist.
