Compound Yanhusuo Aluminum Hydroxide Tablets

The aluminum hydroxide in this product has anti-acid and gastric mucosal protective effects; cuttlebone can absorb pepsin and neutralize gastric acid; Corydalis can reduce gastric acid secretion and lower the activity of pepsin; licorice contains deoxycorticosterone, which can promote epithelial cells to secrete HCO3- and prevent hydrogen ion reverse diffusion.

This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains 0.294 grams of cuttlebone (shelled), 0.561 grams of Corydalis yanhusuo (made with vinegar), 0.149 grams of aluminum hydroxide, and licorice extract (equivalent to 0.748 grams of the original drug).

This product is a yellow round film-coated tablet, which appears brown after removing the coating; it tastes sweet and slightly bitter.

Used for chronic gastritis and to relieve stomach pain, heartburn and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid.

Oral administration, 4 to 5 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.

1. Long-term use by the elderly may cause osteoporosis. 2. Long-term use by patients with renal insufficiency may cause aluminum accumulation poisoning and mental symptoms.

It is contraindicated for patients with fractures.
