Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride for Injection

By binding to DNA molecules, it inhibits nucleic acid synthesis and causes cell death. This product is a non-specific drug for the cell cycle. It has no complete cross-resistance with anthracycline drugs.

Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride

It is mainly used for malignant lymphoma, breast cancer and acute leukemia. It also has certain effects on lung cancer, melanoma, soft tissue sarcoma, multiple myeloma, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, endometrial cancer, testicular tumors, ovarian cancer and head and neck cancer.

Dissolve this product in more than 50ml of sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection and drip for no less than 30 minutes. Intravenous drip: For single use, 12-14mg/m2 per body surface area, once every 3-4 weeks; or 4-8mg/m2 per body surface area, once a day, for 3-5 consecutive days, with an interval of 2-3 weeks. For combined use, 5-10mg/m2 per body surface area

1. Bone marrow suppression, causing leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, which is the dose-limiting toxicity; 2. A small number of patients may experience palpitations, premature beats and abnormal electrocardiograms; 3. Gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, etc. may occur; 4. Fatigue, hair loss, rash, stomatitis, etc. may occasionally occur.

1. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it; 2. Patients with bone marrow suppression or liver dysfunction are prohibited from using it; 3. Patients with poor general condition, complications, and heart or lung dysfunction should use it with caution.
