Indication
Acid suppressants. Mainly used for: ① bleeding from peptic ulcers, diffuse bleeding from gastric mucosal lesions, bleeding from anastomotic ulcers, prevention of rebleeding after gastric surgery, etc. ② acute gastric mucosal damage complicated by stress and acute gastric mucosal damage caused by aspirin; also commonly used to prevent the occurrence of severe bleeding from stress ulcers under stress conditions of severe diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, severe trauma, etc.); ③ prevention of gastric acid reflux combined with aspiration pneumonia after general anesthesia or major surgery and in patients with weakness and coma.
