Antibiotics. This product is suitable for the following infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), Staphylococcus and other sensitive bacteria: respiratory system infections, urogenital system infections, biliary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, infectious diarrhea and sepsis, etc. This product should be used in combination with penicillin or cephalosporin when used for the above-mentioned serious infections.

This product is for intravenous drip. Adults with normal renal function: 0.1g (as sisomicin) per day for mild infection, 0.15g per day for severe infection, divided into 2-3 doses. Children: 2-3mg per day according to body weight, divided into 2-3 doses. If conditions permit, blood drug concentration should be monitored, and the course of treatment should not exceed 7-10 days. Patients with impaired renal function When using this product, the dosage should be adjusted according to renal function. If conditions permit, blood drug concentration should be monitored at the same time to adjust the dosage.

Or you may experience hearing loss, tinnitus or a feeling of fullness in the ears, hematuria, proteinuria, casts in the urine, a significant decrease in the frequency of urination or decreased urine volume, loss of appetite, extreme thirst, unsteady gait, dizziness, nausea, or vomiting.

1. Patients who are allergic to this product or other aminoglycosides and bacitracin are contraindicated. 2. Patients with renal failure are contraindicated.
