Drug Interactions

1. When used in combination with potassium preparations and digoxin drugs, the plasma concentration of diclofenac may increase. 2. Various non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs tend to inhibit the activity of diuretics. When combined with potassium-containing diuretics, the serum K+ level may increase, so the K+ level should be monitored during this treatment. 3. The incidence of side effects may increase when used in combination with different non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or glucocorticoids. 4. Although clinical study results have not shown any interaction between diclofenac and anticoagulants, individual reports indicate that there is a risk of bleeding when diclofenac is used in combination with anticoagulants. Patients should be strictly examined during the above treatment. Like other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, diclofenac may cause a short-term (temporary) inhibition of blood counts when used in high doses (200 mg).
