Mailuoning Injection

1. It has myocardial protection. This product can reduce the proportion of myocardial necrosis area in the dangerous area; it can reduce the damage of myocardial fibers, mitochondria, and cell membranes, and reduce the degree of myocardial cell damage in the model of glucose and hypoxia in vitro cultured myocardial cells induced by high-purity nitrogen. 2. It has brain tissue protection. This product can significantly reduce the scope of cerebral infarction in the rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), reduce capillary permeability, brain water content and brain index; increase cerebral blood flow (CBF) in dogs, and improve cerebral circulation. 3. It has anti-thrombotic effect. This product can reduce the weight of inferior vena cava thrombus and prolong the formation time of thrombus; reduce the content of fibrinogen in plasma and prolong prothrombin time. 4. It has the effect of improving microcirculation and blood rheology. This product can increase the blood flow of conjunctival microcirculation in rabbits with microcirculatory disorder model caused by high molecular weight dextran, increase the number of open capillaries, and relieve microcirculatory disorder; it can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of rabbits. 5. It has vasodilator effect.

Honeysuckle, Achyranthes bidentata, Dendrobium officinale, Scrophularia ningpoensis.

This product is a yellow-brown to reddish-brown clear liquid.

Intravenous drip. 10-20 ml (12 vials) at a time, add to 250-500 ml of 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection and drip once a day, 10-14 days as a course of treatment, severe patients can use it continuously for 2-3 courses.

This product may occasionally cause skin itching, rash, headache, palpitations, and rarely, dyspnea and anaphylactic shock.

It is contraindicated for pregnant women and those with a history of allergies or allergic constitution.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for use during pregnancy.

There is no experience in mixing or combining this product with other drugs.
