Carbetocin injection
Indication
1. Used after selective epidural or spinal cesarean section to prevent uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage. 2. For emergency cesarean section, classic cesarean section, cesarean section under epidural or spinal anesthesia, or for women with significant heart disease, history of hypertension, known coagulation disease, or liver, kidney and endocrine diseases (excluding pregnancy) 3. The use of carbetocin has not been studied. There has been no appropriate study on the administration of carbetocin after vaginal delivery, and its dose has not been determined.
