This product is an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. After oral administration, it is hydrolyzed into Enalaprilat in the body, which strongly inhibits angiotensin converting enzyme, reduces the content of angiotensin II, causes systemic vasodilation, and causes blood pressure reduction. It has a significant antihypertensive effect on rat models of renal hypertension II, renal hypertension I, and spontaneous hypertension.

Indication
1. All stages of essential hypertension. 2. Renal vascular hypertension. 3. Usage and Dosage
The absorption of this product is not affected by food, so it can be taken before, during or after meals. This product is an orally disintegrating tablet. Place the product on the tongue. The tablet will disintegrate completely in about half a minute and can be swallowed. No water is needed to take it. Slight movement of the mouth and tongue can accelerate the disintegration of the tablet and further shorten the medication process. 1. Primary hypertension: Depending on the severity of hypertension, the starting dose is 10 mg to 20 mg, once a day. For mild hypertension, the recommended starting dose is 10 mg per day. For the treatment of other degrees of hypertension, the starting dose is 20 mg per day. The commonly used maintenance dose is 20 mg per day, which can be adjusted to a maximum dose of 40 mg per day according to the patient's needs. 2. Adverse Reactions
Symptoms may include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, fatigue, upper abdominal discomfort, nausea, palpitations, chest tightness, cough, flushing, rash, and proteinuria. Reduce the dosage if necessary. If leukopenia occurs, stop taking the drug.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product or have bilateral renal artery stenosis should not use this product. Patients with severe renal impairment should use it with caution.

Drug Interactions
