Shenhuang Sodium Aluminum Capsules
Function and Efficacy
Sodium bicarbonate and aluminum hydroxide can neutralize excess stomach acid to relieve stomach burning sensation. Aluminum hydroxide also has the function of protecting gastric mucosa. Belladonna extract can inhibit gastric juice secretion, relieve smooth muscle spasms, and delay gastric emptying. Liu Shen Qu has the functions of strengthening the spleen, harmonizing the stomach, and digesting food. Rhubarb has a mild laxative effect and can counteract constipation caused by aluminum hydroxide.
Ingredients
Each pill contains 70 mg of Liu Shen Qu, 2.6 mg of belladonna extract, 70 mg of aluminum hydroxide, 70 mg of rhubarb, 260 mg of sodium bicarbonate, and 2.7 mg of dried ginger.

Indication
Used for hyperacidity and the stomach pain, lack of appetite and indigestion caused by it.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take 2 to 3 capsules at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Elderly people may develop osteoporosis if they take it for a long time. 2. Patients with renal insufficiency may suffer from aluminum accumulation poisoning and mental symptoms if they take it for a long time.
Precautions
