Function and Efficacy
This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Ingredients
Each vial of this product contains 0.1g of ibuprofen. The auxiliary materials are the colorant lemon yellow, the preservative sodium benzoate and orange flavor, and menthol.

Appearance
This product is a light yellow to yellow solution.
Indication
It is used to relieve moderate pain in children, such as joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, migraine, headache, toothache, and can also be used to relieve fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. The dosage for children under 12 years old is shown in the following table: Age (years) 1-3, weight (kg) 10-15, single dose (ml) 4, frequency: if pain or fever persists, the medication can be repeated once every 4 to 6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours Age (years) 4-6, weight (kg) 16-21, single dose (ml) 5, frequency: if pain or fever persists, the medication can be repeated once every 4 to 6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours Age (years) 7-9, weight (kg) 22-27, single dose (ml) 8, frequency: if pain or fever persists, the medication can be repeated once every 4 to 6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours Age (years) 10-12, weight (kg) 2
Adverse Reactions
1. A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2. Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 2. It is contraindicated for asthma patients who are allergic to aspirin.

Drug Interactions
1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal side effects and may cause ulcers. 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency. 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, the blood concentration of these drugs may increase and they should not be used together. 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemic acid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced. 5.
