Compound three-dimensional linoleic acid capsules Ⅰ
Function and Efficacy
Linoleic acid polyene is an unsaturated fatty acid that can combine with cholesterol to form esters and may promote its degradation into bile acid for excretion. It has the effect of lowering blood cholesterol and also reduces the content of triglycerides, low-density lipoproteins and very low-density lipoproteins, and increases the content of high-density lipoproteins. It changes the distribution of cholesterol in the body and reduces the deposition of lipids in the blood vessel wall; it can also change the composition and structure of lipoproteins, increase the fluidity of cell membranes and lipoproteins, and improve or protect the function of blood vessel walls. Inositol has a lipid-lowering effect. It can combine with fatty acids, phosphoric acid, etc. to form inositol phospholipids, and has a similar effect to choline. It can promote fat metabolism in the liver and other tissues and prevent fat from accumulating in the liver. Vitamin B6 is converted into pyridoxal phosphate in red blood cells and acts as a coenzyme on various metabolic functions of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids. Vitamin B6 also participates in the conversion of tryptophan into niacin or 5-hydroxytryptamine. The exact function of vitamin E is still unknown, and it is an antioxidant. Vitamin C is necessary for antibody and collagen formation, tissue repair (including certain redox reactions), metabolism of phenylalanine, tyrosine, folic acid, utilization of iron, carbohydrates, synthesis of fat and protein, maintenance of immune function, hydroxylation of serotonin, maintaining vascular integrity, and promoting absorption of non-heme iron.

Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: This experiment has not been conducted and there are no reliable references. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Vitamin C can pass through the placenta and be secreted into breast milk. Large daily intake of this product by pregnant women may be harmful to the fetus, but this has not been confirmed by animal experiments. When pregnant women take large doses, they may develop scurvy in infants. Pregnant women receiving large amounts of vitamin B6 may cause vitamin B6 dependence syndrome in newborns. The normal intake of the required amount by nursing mothers has no adverse effects on the baby. Precautions for the elderly: This experiment has not been conducted and there are no reliable references.
Drug Interactions
1. Oral administration of large doses of vitamin C (more than 10g per day) can interfere with the anticoagulant effect of anticoagulants. 2. Combined use with barbiturates or primidone can increase the excretion of vitamin C. 3. Sodium cellulose phosphate can promote the metabolism of vitamin C into oxalate. 4. Long-term and large-scale use of vitamin C can interfere with the effect of disulfiram on ethanol. 5. Salicylic acid can increase the excretion of vitamin C. 6. Chloramphenicol, cycloserine, ethionamide, hydralazine hydrochloride, immunosuppressive drugs including adrenocortical hormones, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, isoniazid, penicillamine, etc. can antagonize vitamin B6 or increase the excretion of vitamin B6 through the kidneys, which can cause anemia or peripheral neuritis. 7. Levodopa combined with a small dose of vitamin B6 (5mg per day) can antagonize the anti-tremor effect of levodopa. But it has no effect on carbidopa.
