Function and Efficacy
Pharmacodynamic tests show that in the experimental heart failure test induced by sodium pentobarbital in dogs and the experimental chronic heart failure test induced by abdominal aorta ligation in rabbits, this product can increase the myocardial contractility, cardiac output and renal blood flow of the model animals, reduce the ventricular wall thickness and cardiac index, reduce the levels of angiotensin II and aldosterone, and alleviate ventricular remodeling. This product can increase the urine output of rats. This product can also prolong the survival time of mice under normal pressure and prolong the low-temperature swimming time of mice.
