Vitamin UⅡ in this product has the effect of purifying the ulcer surface and promoting ulcer healing. Aluminum hydroxide has a chemical reaction of neutralizing or buffering the gastric acid already in the stomach, which can lead to an increase in the pH value in the stomach, thereby relieving the symptoms of excessive gastric acid. Belladonna extract has an anti-M choline effect and can inhibit the muscarinic effect of acetylcholine. A large amount of Belladonna can also reduce the movement and secretion of the gastrointestinal tract, reduce the tension of the ureter and bladder, and only slightly relax the common bile duct and gallbladder; the antiemetic effect of Belladonna is mainly to reduce the irritability of receptors in the labyrinth and inhibit the conduction of nerve channels between the vestibule and the cerebellum.

This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each tablet contains 140 mg of aluminum hydroxide, 50 mg of vitamin UⅡ (iodomethylmethionine), and 10 mg of belladonna extract.

This product is white or off-white tablets.

Used to relieve stomach burning sensation, stomach pain and chronic gastritis caused by excessive stomach acid.

Oral administration: Adults take 1 capsule at a time, 3 times a day.

1. Common adverse reactions of the digestive system, such as dry mouth, abdominal pain, stomatitis, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal distension, elevated liver transaminases, less sweating, etc., most of which are mild to moderate. 2. Occasionally, adverse reactions such as heart rhythm disorders (palpitations), eye pain, increased intraocular pressure, allergic rash, abnormal taste, slow breathing, fatigue and weakness are seen. Elderly patients may occasionally experience blurred vision and difficulty urinating.

Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients may experience symptoms such as irritability, tremor, drowsiness or delirium at common doses, and are prone to antimuscarinic adverse reactions such as constipation, dry mouth and urinary retention (especially in men) and induce undiagnosed glaucoma. Elderly patients with intestinal relaxation and weakness or with signs of paralytic intestinal obstruction are at risk of complete intestinal obstruction, so use with caution in elderly patients.

This product can weaken the effects of metoclopramide and domperidone, so it is not suitable to be taken together. 3. If this product needs to be used in combination with cimetidine, ranitidine, etc., at least 1 hour interval is required. 4. This product is used in combination with digitalis glycosides, which affects the absorption of the latter and reduces the blood drug concentration. 5. This product can be taken with enteric-coated tablets to accelerate the dissolution of enteric-coated tablets, so it should not be used together. 6. When this product is used in combination with anti-M cholinergic drugs, the absorption of the latter may be reduced and affect the efficacy, so it must be separated from the time of taking antacids. 7. When this product is used in combination with benzodiazepines, the absorption rate is reduced. 8. When this product is used in combination with isoniazid, the absorption of the latter may be delayed and reduced. Generally, isoniazid should be taken 1 hour before the intake of antacids. 9. When this product is used in combination with levodopa, absorption may increase, especially for those with slow gastric emptying. 10. When this product is used in combination with urine alkalinizing drugs, including carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, the excretion of belladonna is delayed, and the efficacy and adverse reactions can be enhanced. 11. When this product is used in combination with amantadine, meclizine, phenothiazines, other anticholinergics, primidone, procainamide, tricyclic antidepressants, etc., the adverse reactions of belladonna may increase. 12. When this product is used in combination with antacids, adsorbent antidiarrheal drugs, etc., the absorption of belladonna is reduced and the efficacy is weakened. The two should be taken at least 1 hour apart. 13. When this product is used in combination with codeine or methadone, severe constipation may occur, leading to paralytic ileus or (and) urinary retention. 14. When this product is used in combination with metoclopramide, its effect of promoting gastrointestinal motility can be antagonized by belladonna. 15. When this product is used in combination with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, furazolidone, procarbazine, etc., the detoxification of belladonna in the liver is blocked, thereby enhancing the adverse reaction of its anti-M cholinergic effect. In addition, this inhibitor itself also has an anti-M cholinergic effect.
