Function and Efficacy
Progestogens act on the endometrium and promote the proliferation and secretion of the endometrium. Through negative feedback to the hypothalamus, they inhibit the release of luteinizing hormone from the anterior pituitary and inhibit the ovulation process of the ovary. The anti-cancer effect may be related to the anti-estrogen effect.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
It can be used for irregular menstruation, functional uterine bleeding and endometriosis, etc. It can also be used for advanced breast cancer and endometrial cancer.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. This product must be taken under the guidance of an experienced doctor. Breast cancer: 0.5-1.5g per day is recommended, or even up to 2g per day (large doses can be divided into 2-3 doses per day). Hormone-dependent tumors such as endometrial cancer, prostate cancer, and kidney cancer: 0.1-0.5g per day. Generally, 0.1g once, three times a day; or 0.5g orally once a day.
Adverse Reactions
Some women have irregular bleeding. When treating tumors, high doses may cause Cushing's syndrome. Long-term use may cause abnormal liver function.
Precautions
Patients with impaired liver and kidney function, patients with a history of thrombosis such as cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis, undiagnosed bleeding from sexual organs, urinary tract bleeding, and a history of allergy to this product are contraindicated for use.

Drug Interactions
This product can be used in combination with chemotherapy drugs to enhance their anti-cancer effects. It can promote thrombosis when used in combination with adrenal cortex hormones.
