In acute toxicity tests, the LD50 of mice by oral gavage is 80.7 (raw drug) g/Kg; in long-term toxicity tests, rats were gavaged for 3 months continuously, 27g (raw drug)/Kg, which can cause a slight increase in aspartate aminotransferase in female animals, and it can return to normal after 2 weeks of drug withdrawal.
