Function and Efficacy
This product has a rapid effect and is one of the most potent topical corticosteroids currently used in clinical practice. It has a strong capillary constriction effect, and its anti-inflammatory effect is 112.5 times that of hydrocortisone, 2.3 times that of betamethasone sodium phosphate, and 18.7 times that of fluocinolone. The systemic adverse reactions are 3 times that of fluocinolone, and it has no sodium retention effect, and has a certain effect of promoting sodium and potassium excretion.

Appearance
This product is in the form of capsules.
Indication
Used to prevent and treat motion sickness, such as nausea and vomiting caused by carsickness, seasickness and airsickness.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Adults take 1 to 2 tablets at a time. To prevent motion sickness, take the medicine 30 minutes before departure. To treat motion sickness, take the medicine once every 4 hours. The daily dosage should not exceed 12 tablets. Children aged 1 to 6 years old take 0.5 to 1 tablet at a time, and not more than 6 tablets a day; children aged 7 to 12 years old take 1 to 2 tablets at a time, and not more than 8 tablets a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Common adverse reactions include: dullness, drowsiness, lack of concentration, fatigue, dizziness, and gastrointestinal discomfort. 2. Rare: hallucinations, decreased vision, difficulty urinating, rash, etc.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to other ethanolamine drugs. 2. It is contraindicated for pregnant women, newborns and premature infants.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Children must use under adult supervision. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not yet clear. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly people should use with caution.
Drug Interactions
1. This product has a synergistic effect when used with ethanol or other sedatives and hypnotic drugs, so it should be avoided to take them at the same time. 2. This product can temporarily affect the absorption of barbiturates, etc. 3. When this product is used with sodium para-aminosalicylate, the latter's blood concentration is reduced. 4.
