Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution
Function and Efficacy
This product is a mucolytic agent that can increase the secretion of serous glands in the respiratory mucosa and reduce the secretion of mucous glands, thereby reducing sputum viscosity, promoting the secretion of pulmonary surfactant, increasing bronchial ciliary movement, and making sputum easier to cough up.

Appearance
This product is light yellow or yellow clear liquid.
Indication
This product is a mucolytic agent and can be used for expectorant treatment of acute and chronic bronchial or pulmonary diseases accompanied by sticky sputum.
Usage and Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years old: Usually in the first 2-3 days of treatment, take 30 mg orally 3 times a day (equivalent to 90 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride orally per day), and then take 30 mg orally 2 times a day (equivalent to 60 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride orally per day). Take after meals. Note: The expectorant effect of this product can be increased with rehydration. Depending on the type of disease and its severity, the doctor will decide how long to take the medication. Do not take this product for more than 4-5 days without the knowledge of the doctor. If you forget to take 1 or less doses of this product, just follow the dosage instructions to take the next dose at the appropriate time. Children under 12 years old: See Usage and Dosage
Adverse Reactions
Rarely, rash, nausea, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and diarrhea may occur.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to the active ingredient of this oral solution: ambroxol hydrochloride or any other component are prohibited from taking this product. Patients with the following conditions must use this product under specific conditions and special supervision. And consult a doctor. Even if the above measures have been taken before, they should continue to do so. Patients with renal insufficiency or severe liver disease should be particularly cautious when taking this product (such as extending the interval between two doses or taking a small dose). Patients with some rare bronchial diseases accompanied by excessive secretions (such as ciliary asthenia syndrome) should be careful when taking this product orally and must take it under the guidance of a physician because it may cause secretions to block the bronchus.

Drug Interactions
1. Taking this product with antibiotics (amoxicillin, cefuroxime, erythromycin, doxycycline) at the same time may lead to increased concentration of antibiotics in lung tissue. 2.
