This product has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. Its mechanism of action is to reduce the synthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, thereby alleviating tissue congestion and swelling caused by prostaglandins and reducing the sensitivity of peripheral nerve pain. It has an antipyretic effect through the hypothalamic temperature regulation center.

This product is a sugar-coated or film-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the coating.

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is suitable for 1. Relieve the acute attack or persistent joint swelling and pain symptoms of various chronic arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., and has the effect of treating the cause and controlling the course of the disease. 2. Treat various non-articular soft tissue rheumatic pains, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, bursitis, myalgia and pain caused by sports injuries. 3. Acute mild and moderate pain such as post-surgery, post-traumatic, post-strain, primary dysmenorrhea, toothache, headache, etc. 4. It has an antipyretic effect on fever in adults and children.

Oral. Children over 12 years old and adults take 2 tablets at a time. If pain or fever persists, repeat the medication once every 4 to 6 hours. No more than 4 times in 24 hours. 1. Gastrointestinal symptoms include indigestion, stomach burning, stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting, which occur in 16% of long-term users. The above symptoms disappear when the drug is discontinued, and most of the patients who do not stop the drug can tolerate it. A small number (1%) develop gastric ulcers and gastrointestinal bleeding, and some suffer from ulcer perforation. 2. Neurological symptoms such as headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and tinnitus are rare, occurring in 1% to 3% of patients. 3. Renal insufficiency is rare, mostly occurring in patients with potential renal disease; but a small number of users may experience lower limb edema. 4. Other rare symptoms include rash, bronchial asthma attacks, elevated liver enzymes, leukopenia, etc. 5. If gastrointestinal bleeding, liver and kidney damage, visual impairment, abnormal blood counts, and allergic reactions occur during medication, the drug should be discontinued.

People who are allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may have cross-allergic reactions to this product. For asthmatics who are allergic to aspirin, this product may also cause bronchospasm. This product is contraindicated for such patients.

1. When drinking alcohol or taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, it increases gastrointestinal side effects and has the risk of causing ulcers. Long-term use with acetaminophen can increase the toxic side effects on the kidneys. 2. When used with aspirin or other salicylic acid drugs, the efficacy is not enhanced, but the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency increases. 3. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding. 4. When used with furosemide, the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened. 5. When used with verapamil and nifedipine, the blood concentration of this product increases. 6. This product can increase the blood concentration of digoxin. When used together, pay attention to adjusting the dose of digoxin. 7. This product can enhance the effect of antidiabetic drugs (including oral hypoglycemic drugs). 8. When this product is used with antihypertensive drugs, it can affect the latter's antihypertensive effect. 9. Probenecid can reduce the excretion of this product, increase its blood concentration, and thus increase its toxicity, so it is advisable to reduce the dose of this product when used together. 10. This product can reduce the excretion of methotrexate, increase its blood concentration, and even reach toxic levels, so this product should not be used together with medium or large doses of methotrexate.
