Appearance
This product is a white enteric-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the coating.
Indication
Inhibits platelet adhesion and aggregation in the following situations: - unstable angina (heart pain caused by obstruction of coronary blood flow); - acute myocardial infarction; - prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction; - post-arterial surgery (after arterial surgical intervention, such as aortocoronary artery bypass grafting, PTCA); - prevention of transient reduction of cerebral blood flow (TIA; transient ischemic attack) and prevention of cerebral infarction after the appearance of early symptoms (such as transient paralysis of facial or arm muscles or transient blindness).
Usage and Dosage
This product should be taken with warm water after meals and should not be taken on an empty stomach. When treating acute myocardial infarction, the first tablet should be crushed or chewed before taking. After aortocoronary venous bypass grafting (ACVB), the best time to start using enteric-coated aspirin tablets is 24 hours after surgery. Dosage and frequency of medication: - For unstable angina (heart pain caused by coronary blood flow obstruction), the daily dose of aspirin is 75mg-300mg, and the recommended daily dose of aspirin is 100mg (equivalent to 1 enteric-coated aspirin tablet per day); - In acute myocardial infarction, the daily dose of aspirin is 100mg-160mg, and the recommended daily dose is 100mg (equivalent to 1 enteric-coated aspirin tablet per day); - To prevent recurrence of myocardial infarction, the recommended daily dose of aspirin is 300mg (equivalent to 3 enteric-coated aspirin tablets per day). - After arterial vascular surgery (arterial surgery or interventional surgery, such as aortocoronary artery bypass grafting, PTCA), the daily dose of aspirin is 100mg-300mg, and the recommended daily dose is 100mg (equivalent to 1 tablet of aspirin enteric-coated tablet per day); - To prevent transient blood flow reduction in the brain (TIA: transient ischemic attack and prevention of cerebral infarction after early symptoms have appeared), the daily dose of aspirin is 30mg-300mg, and the recommended daily dose is 100mg (equivalent to 1 tablet of aspirin enteric-coated tablet per day);
Adverse Reactions
Common side effects are gastrointestinal reactions, such as abdominal pain and mild gastrointestinal bleeding, and occasionally nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Gastric bleeding and gastric ulcers, as well as allergic reactions (dyspnea and skin reactions) that occur mainly in asthma patients, are extremely rare. There have been reports of individual cases of liver and kidney dysfunction, hypoglycemia, and particularly severe skin lesions (erythema multiforme exudative). Low doses of aspirin can reduce the excretion of uric acid and may cause gout attacks in susceptible individuals. In very rare cases, long-term use of enteric-coated aspirin tablets has led to anemia and black stools (a symptom of severe gastric bleeding) due to occult gastrointestinal bleeding. Dizziness and tinnitus (especially in children and the elderly) may be symptoms of severe poisoning. If side effects not listed above occur, please inform your doctor or pharmacist of these side effects in a timely manner. Once side effects occur, stop taking the drug immediately and notify your doctor so that the doctor can determine the extent of the side effects and take necessary measures.
Precautions
Enteric-coated aspirin tablets are contraindicated in the following situations: - Patients with known allergies to this product and substances containing salicylic acid; - Patients who have asthma, urticaria or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; - Contraindicated in the treatment of perioperative pain during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG); - Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; - Patients with active peptic ulcers/bleeding, or recurrent ulcers/bleeding in the past; - Patients with severe heart failure.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Children and adolescents taking enteric-coated aspirin tablets may develop a rare but life-threatening Reye syndrome. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: If you become pregnant while taking enteric-coated aspirin tablets, please inform your doctor. Pregnant women should use this product with caution during early and mid-pregnancy. Aspirin and its degradation products can enter breast milk in small amounts, so lactating women should use it with caution. Breastfeeding should be stopped when taking large doses (more than 150 mg per day). Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients with decreased renal function are prone to adverse reactions when taking this product, so elderly patients with decreased renal function should use this product with caution.

Enteric-coated aspirin tablets weaken the effects of the following drugs: - certain diuretics (aldosterone antagonists such as spironolactone and canrenoic acid, loop diuretics such as furosemide); - antihypertensive drugs; - anti-gout drugs that promote uric acid excretion (such as probenecid, benpyrazone).
