Aspirin Vitamin C Effervescent Tablets

This product has analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects. Its analgesic effect is mainly achieved by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins and certain substances that cause pain sensitivity (such as bradykinin and histamine). The site of analgesia is peripheral, but the possibility of central analgesia cannot be ruled out. Its antipyretic effect is mainly achieved through the action of the hypothalamic temperature regulation center, which is related to the inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandins in the hypothalamus. This product has strong anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects, and its mechanism of action is also to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins. In addition, it has a strong anti-platelet aggregation effect and prevents thrombosis. This is because this product inhibits the prostaglandin synthase of platelets and reduces the formation of thromboxane A2 (TXA2) that can promote platelet aggregation. However, at high doses, it can produce the opposite effect by blocking the synthesis of the platelet aggregation inhibitor prostacyclin (PGI2). Therefore, the clinically effective dose is (325-1000 mg/d), but this dose is not suitable for long-term preventive use.

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 330mg of aspirin and 200mg of vitamin C.

Used to relieve fever, headache and body aches caused by cold or flu.

Adults: 1-2 tablets each time, and can be repeated every 4-6 hours if needed; dissolve the tablets in warm water before taking. Children: 1 tablet each time for 6-12 years old, 1/2 tablet each time for 3-5 years old, 1/3 tablet each time for 1-2 years old, and can be repeated every 4-6 hours if needed.

Gastrointestinal discomfort, such as stomach pain and mild gastrointestinal bleeding, as well as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea rarely occur. Allergic reactions (dyspnea and skin reactions) are rare, mainly in asthma patients. There have been reports of individual cases of liver and kidney dysfunction, hypoglycemia and severe rash (including multiforme exudative erythema). Small doses of acetylsalicylic acid can reduce the excretion of uric acid and may cause gout attacks in susceptible people. When this product is used for a long time, some central nervous system disorders such as headache, dizziness, vomiting, tinnitus, visual impairment and drowsiness may occur due to iron deficiency anemia. If side effects not listed above occur, please inform your doctor or pharmacist of these side effects in a timely manner. Once side effects occur, the drug should be stopped immediately and the doctor should be notified so that the doctor can judge the extent of the side effects and take necessary measures. Once allergic symptoms occur, the drug should be stopped immediately.

Antacids such as sodium bicarbonate can increase the excretion of this product in urine, causing the blood concentration to decrease, so they should not be used together. 3. This product can increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions when used with glucocorticoids (such as dexamethasone, etc.). 4. This product can enhance the effects of oral hypoglycemic drugs and methotrexate, so they should not be used together. 5. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
