Appearance
Gastric dissolving tablets. After removing the coating, it is white or off-white.
Indication
Macrolide antibiotics. The antibacterial range is similar to that of erythromycin. It is mainly used for respiratory tract infections and skin and soft tissue infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococci, pneumococci, etc. It can also be used for mycoplasma pneumonia.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 0.8-1.2 g per day for adults, 30-40 mg per kg body weight per day for children, divided into 3-4 doses, or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite, etc. are occasionally seen. Transient increase in serum alanine aminotransferase is occasionally seen. Rash, urticaria and other symptoms are occasionally seen.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product and macrolide drugs are contraindicated.

Precautions for children: Not clear yet. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Animal reproductive This product can cross the placenta, but there is no sign of damage to the fetus. There is no data on the secretion of this product in breast milk. The safety of use in pregnant and lactating women has not been confirmed so far, so this product should be used only when there is no appropriate choice for pregnant or lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: The elderly are often accompanied by renal impairment, and the dosage should be reduced according to the degree of renal impairment.
Drug Interactions
This product can inhibit the normal metabolism of theophylline. When used in combination with theophylline, it can cause an abnormal increase in theophylline blood concentration and lead to poisoning or even death. Therefore, theophylline blood concentration should be monitored when the two drugs are used in combination.
