Appearance

This product is a sustained-release capsule containing white spherical pellets.

Indication

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is suitable for ① relieving the acute attack or persistent joint swelling and pain symptoms of various chronic arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, gouty arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, etc., without the effect of etiology treatment and control of the course of the disease; ② treating various non-articular soft tissue rheumatic pains, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, bursitis, myalgia and pain caused by sports injuries, etc.; ③ acute mild and moderate pain such as post-surgery, post-traumatic, post-strain, primary dysmenorrhea, toothache, headache, etc.; ④ having an antipyretic effect on fever in adults and children.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration, adults and children over 12 years old: 2 times a day (morning and evening), 0.3-0.6g (1-2 tablets) each time, or follow the doctor's advice. Taking the medicine at night can keep the effect overnight and also help prevent morning stiffness. For children under 12 years old, please consult a doctor or pharmacist for dosage.

Adverse Reactions

This product is well tolerated and has low side effects, generally intestinal and stomach discomfort or rash, headache, and tinnitus.

Precautions

① Active gastrointestinal ulcer; ② Those who are allergic to this drug, and those who have asthma, rhinitis or urticaria induced by taking aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Children must use under adult supervision. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients are prone to adverse reactions due to decreased liver and kidney function, so they should be used with caution or in a reduced dosage.

Drug Interactions

1. When used with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, it increases gastrointestinal side effects and has the risk of causing ulcers. Long-term use with acetaminophen may increase the toxic side effects on the kidneys. 2. When used with aspirin or other salicylic acid drugs, the efficacy is not enhanced, but the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency increases. 3. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding. 4. When used with furosemide, the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened. 5. When used with verapamil and nifedipine, the blood concentration of this product increases. 6. It can increase the blood concentration of digoxin, and the dose of digoxin should be adjusted when used together. 7. It can enhance the effect of antidiabetic drugs (including oral hypoglycemic drugs). 8. When used with antihypertensive drugs, it can affect the latter's antihypertensive effect. 9. Shu can reduce the excretion of this product, increase the blood concentration, and thus increase the toxicity, so it is advisable to reduce the dose of this product when used together. 10. It reduces the excretion of methotrexate and increases its blood concentration, even to toxic levels. Therefore, this product should not be used with medium or large doses of methotrexate.
