Function and Efficacy
This product is an alkaloid extracted from the natural plant Melaleuca alternifolia. It has high biological activity and is a highly selective reversible cholinesterase inhibitor for true cholinesterase. This product has high fat solubility, small molecules, and is easy to pass through the blood-brain barrier. After entering the central nervous system, it is more distributed in the frontal lobe, temporal lobe, hippocampus and other brain areas closely related to learning and memory. It has a strong inhibitory effect on acetylcholinesterase (AchE) at low doses, significantly increasing the content of acetylcholine (Ach) in the synaptic cleft in the distribution area, thereby enhancing neuronal excitation conduction, strengthening the excitation effect of the learning and memory brain area, and playing a role in improving cognitive function, enhancing memory retention and promoting memory reproduction.

Indication
It is suitable for benign memory disorders and improves patients' ability of directed memory, associative learning, image recall, meaningless pattern recognition and portrait recall. It also has an improving effect on memory disorders caused by dementia patients and organic brain lesions.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. 0.1-0.2 mg once, twice a day, for 1-2 months, or as directed by a doctor. The dosage and course of treatment may be increased or decreased as appropriate based on the condition and reaction after medication. The daily dose should not exceed 0.45 mg.
Adverse Reactions
Generally, the symptoms are not obvious. Overdose may cause dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal discomfort, fatigue and other reactions, which usually disappear on their own. When the reaction is obvious, it will be relieved or disappear after reducing the dosage or stopping the drug.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with epilepsy, renal insufficiency, mechanical intestinal obstruction, angina pectoris, etc.
