Measles-mumps combined live attenuated vaccine
Function and Efficacy
It can stimulate the body to produce immunity against mumps virus and is used to prevent mumps.
Ingredients
This product is made by inoculating the attenuated strain of mumps virus into SPF-grade chicken embryo cells, culturing, harvesting the virus liquid and then freeze-drying it.
Usage and Dosage
1 Add the indicated amount of MMR diluent (sterile water for injection) and use after the vaccine is completely dissolved and shake well. 2 Inject 0.5 ml subcutaneously at the lower edge of the deltoid muscle on the outer side of the upper arm.
Adverse Reactions
There is generally no local reaction after injection. Within 6 to 10 days, some individuals may experience transient fever and scattered rashes, which generally resolve on their own within 2 days and do not require special treatment. Symptomatic treatment can be used if necessary.
Precautions
1. People with serious diseases, acute or chronic infections. 2. People with fever. 3. People with a history of egg allergy. 4. Pregnant women.
Storage
Store in a dark place at 2-8℃. Valid for 1.5 years.
Packaging Specification
After reconstitution, each bottle contains 0.5 ml, and the dose for one person each time is 0.5 ml. The content of live measles virus should be no less than 3.0lgCCID50, and the content of live mumps virus should be no less than 3.7lgCCID50.
