This product is a new type of non-narcotic analgesic, with mild antipyretic and muscle relaxant effects. The chemical structure belongs to cyclized o-methylbenzylamine. An intramuscular injection of 20 mg of this product is equivalent to the effect of 12 mg of morphine. It has a mild respiratory depressant effect. It is used for postoperative analgesia, cancer pain, acute traumatic pain, and visceral smooth muscle colic such as acute gastritis, biliary ascariasis, and ureteral stones.

Oral: 20-60 mg once, 60-180 mg per day.

When the effects occur, there are often drowsiness, nausea, sweating, dizziness, headache, etc. But it usually does not last long. Occasionally, dry mouth, dizziness, and rash are seen.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction or convulsions.
