The vitamin U in this product has the effect of purifying the ulcer surface and promoting ulcer healing. Aluminum hydroxide has a chemical reaction to neutralize or buffer the gastric acid already in the stomach. It can cause the pH value in the stomach to increase, thereby relieving the symptoms of excessive gastric acid. However, its ability to neutralize acid is lower than that of magnesium-containing preparations and calcium carbonate, but higher than that of aluminum carbonate and sodium dihydroxyaluminum carbonate. Belladonna extract has an anti-M cholinergic effect, which can inhibit the muscarinic effect of acetylcholine and the cholinergic receptors innervated by cholinergic nerves in smooth muscle, myocardium, sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node, and glands. A large amount of Belladonna can also reduce the movement and secretion of the gastrointestinal tract and reduce the tension of the ureter and bladder. It only slightly relaxes the common bile duct and gallbladder; the antiemetic effect of Belladonna is mainly to reduce the stress hormones of receptors in the labyrinth and inhibit the conduction of nerve channels between the vestibule and the cerebellum.

This product is a compound preparation, each of which contains 0.14g aluminum hydroxide, 50mg vitamin U (chloromethylmethionine), and 10mg belladonna extract.

This product is a capsule, and the contents are white or off-white powder.

Used for stomach, duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, hyperacidity, and gastric spasm.

Oral administration: 1 capsule at a time, 3 times a day.

1. Constipation, decreased sweating, dry mouth, nose, throat and skin, blurred vision, and difficulty urinating (especially in the elderly). 2. Rare cases include eye pain, increased intraocular pressure, allergic rash or herpes. Abnormal taste, slowed breathing, and extreme fatigue and weakness.

1. Patients with appendicitis or abdominal disease are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with fractures and hypophosphatemia are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product.

Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients may experience symptoms such as irritability, tremor, drowsiness or delirium at common doses, and are prone to antimuscarinic adverse reactions such as constipation, dry mouth and urinary retention (especially in men) and induce undiagnosed glaucoma. Elderly patients with weak intestinal relaxation or premonitions of paralytic intestinal obstruction are at risk of complete intestinal obstruction. Therefore, use with caution in elderly patients.

1. Avoid taking other drugs within 1 to 2 hours after taking the medicine, because it may combine with aluminum hydroxide to reduce the absorption rate and affect the efficacy. 2. When used together with cimetidine and ranitidine, it is effective in relieving the pain symptoms of duodenal ulcer, but it is generally not recommended to use the two drugs within 1 hour, because it can reduce the absorption of cimetidine and ranitidine. 3. When used together with digitalis glycosides, it affects the absorption of the latter and reduces the blood concentration. 4. When used together with enteric-coated tablets, it can accelerate the dissolution of the enteric coating and have a stimulating effect on the stomach and duodenum. 5. When used with urine alkalinizing drugs, including carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, belladonna excretion is delayed, and the efficacy and toxicity can be enhanced. 6. When used together with adamantane, meketorazine, phenothiazines, other anticholinergics, primidone, procainamide, tricyclic antidepressants, etc., the toxic and side effects of belladonna can be aggravated. 7 When used with antacids, absorbent laxatives, etc., the absorption of belladonna is reduced and the efficacy is weakened. The two should be taken at least 1 hour apart. 8 When used with codeine or methadone, severe constipation may occur, leading to paralytic ileus or (and) urinary retention. 9 When used with metoclopramide, its effect of promoting gastrointestinal motility can be antagonized by belladonna. 10 When used with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, furazolidone, procarbazine, etc., belladonna's detoxification in the liver is blocked, thereby enhancing its adverse reaction of anti-M cholinergic effect. In addition, this inhibitor itself also has anti-M cholinergic effect.
