Oral or before bedtime every night, 50 μg for adults at a time, 50-100 μg a day. Children over 6 years old, 25 μg at a time, 25-50 μg a day

When used in combination with neuromuscular blockers (including depolarizing and non-depolarizing blockers), the blocking effect of neuromuscular junction Enhanced, prolonged effect; 6 Alcohol can increase the clearance rate of the drug and shorten its half-life; 7 Antacids can reduce its bioavailability, so it is not recommended to use the two together; 8 Cimetidine can reduce the renal clearance of procainamide and N-acetylprocainamide, so the dosage of procainamide should be reduced when the two drugs are used together; 9 Ranitidine can affect the metabolism of the drug in the kidney, so pay attention to adjust the dosage when used together; 10 Trimethoprim can reduce the renal clearance of procainamide and N-acetylprocainamide, so the dosage of procainamide should be reduced when used together.
