Ammonium bicarbonate
food grade: Senior starter.
As a food and sodium bicarbonate combined to make bread, biscuits, pancake leavening agent of raw materials, also used as a foaming powder juice raw material, also used for green vegetables, bamboo shoots, blanching, and pharmaceutical and reagents. Edible ammonium bicarbonate alias: ammonium bicarbonate food; ammonium acid carbonate; ammonium bicarbonate; ammonium bicarbonate. Properties: white crystalline powder.
Solubility: insoluble in ethanol, ammonia and carbon disulfide. Soluble in water, soluble in glycerol. Used as leavening agents, expansion agents.
