Description

Disodium hydrogen phosphate property

Disodium hydrogen phosphate is white crystal or crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is weak alkaline, and the Ph value of 3.5% aqueous solution is 9.0-9.4. It is easy to be weathered into salt containing 7 crystalline water in air. When heated to 100℃, it loses all crystalline water and becomes white powder anhydrous substance. When heated to 250℃, it becomes sodium pyrophosphate.

Application

It is used as quality improver, emulsifier, nutritional fortifier, fermentation assistant and binder in food processing.

Stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated warehouse.
