Product composition:

Polyurethane anticorrosive coating is composed of endamino-polyether, isocyanate, anticorrosion and fillers and additives.

Product features:

Polyurea antiseptic paint has good physical properties, excellent anticorrosion properties, moisture resistant and salt resistant fog, light protection, color retention and weatherability. Can be long-term use in - 50-120 ℃ environment. The elastomers should be used with special spraying tools. The rigid body is usually painted with high pressure and airless spray, and can be painted by hand.

Product use:

Polyurea coatings used for wear resistance, resistance to chemical corrosion and waterproof requirement of various industrial ground, metope and canopy face, sewage pool, Bridges, steel structure, chimney anti-corrosion paint, also can be used as a concrete surface for anticorrosive paint.

Instructions:

Conditions: temperature 5 ℃ to 35 ℃, relative humidity of 85% or less, the coated surfaces temperature should be higher than 3 ℃ above the dew point temperature, in the rain, fog, snow, and larger dust under the condition of the construction.

Coating method: high pressure airless spray, hand brush painting, special spray equipment special thinner < 5%

Coating intervals (23 + 2) ℃ : minimum 1 hour, the longest unlimited, can according to need to adjust, also can be a molding.

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 6 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

1. The film thickness can be adjusted according to the need, but this will change the coating rate and influence drying time accordingly.

2. The tools used for construction shall be clean and dry, and the paint shall not be mixed with water and other impurities. The coating shall be used in an hour. Protective measures should be taken to avoid washing and trampling of rain and other liquids before the paint film is completely dried and cured.

3. The coating should be kept in a cool and dry place, away from heat source, avoiding direct sunlight and isolating fire.

Surface treatment: the steel surface is treated by blasting or sand blasting, removing the oxide coating, rust, and the requirement to reach the St3 level of Sweden's standard Sa2.5 or manual derusting.
