Product features:

Inorganic zinc silicate shop primer can withstand long-term wind erosion, good cutting, excellent welding property, good impact resistance and cathodic protection.

Product use:

Inorganic zinc silicate shop primer is suitable for steel maintenance primer after blasting or blasting. The maintenance period can be up to 7~10 months.

Instructions:

Coating method: high pressure airless spray, air spray, hand brush, roller coating

After coating: epoxy resin coating, epoxy asphalt coating, chlorinated rubber coating, alkyd resin coating, phenolic resin coating, polyurethane coating, high chlorinated polyethylene coating.

Coating interval:

5 ℃ : shortest 24 hours, the longest unlimited; 8 hours 20 ℃, the shortest, the longest unlimited; 30 ℃ : shortest 4 hours, the longest unlimited

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 6 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

Because of the high content of zinc powder, it is recommended to use mechanical stirring to mix the part of the group in the mixing process. Substrate temperature 30 ℃ or higher, but not more than 60 ℃, to avoid dry spray, spray don't need to join thinner to adjust; Before painting, the paint must be cleaned thoroughly, otherwise it will affect the adhesion of the paint film.

Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.
