Product composition:

The asphalt waterproof coating is composed of epoxy resin, polyamide resin, coal tar pitch, additives, pigment, filler, mixed solvents and modified amine curing agent.

Product features:

Asphalt waterproof coating film with excellent physical and mechanical properties, excellent resistance to corrosive chemical medium, strong adhesion, strong light, excellent electrical insulation, microorganism erosion resistance, excellent water permeability. There is a 1:1 ratio of the construction characteristics, the coating has no light, the coating interval time is long, the adhesion of the layer is strong and so on.

Product use:

Asphalt waterproof coating for oil and gas fields of oil, gas and water pipe wall corrosion, inside and outside the city tap water pipe, gas, natural gas pipeline, chemical plants, refineries, sewage treatment plant equipment and pipeline corrosion protection, etc.

Instructions:

Coating method: high pressure airless spray, hand brush, roller coating

Coating road number: primer coating 1, surface paint 3, film thickness of 280 mu m above.

Coating intervals: 23 + 2 ℃, the shortest 24 hours, the longest unlimited, construction when the temperature is below 10 ℃ curing slow, stop curing below 5 ℃.

Storage method:

Notes:

Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.
