Product composition:

Polyurethane anticorrosion coating is composed of hydroxyl resin, curing agent, pigment, filler, thickening agent, auxiliary agent and solvent.

Product use:

The polyurethane anticorrosion coating is suitable for the surface anticorrosive finish of steel structure, and also suitable for the protection and decorative finish of wood and cement products, ships, machine tool chemical equipment, storage tank and other surface.

Instructions:

Coating method: spraying, brushing, roller coating

Precoat: s51-81 polyurethane iron red primer, s53-82 polyurethane cloud iron primer, s53-83 polyurethane cloud iron intermediate paint.

Coating intervals: 23 + 2 ℃ : shortest S52-30 type 2 hours, the longest 3 days; S52-31 is the shortest 6 hours, and the longest 24 hours

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

Surface treatment: remove oil, dust and other contaminants on the front paint film, and the film has no acid base and moisture condensation. To solidify the long - time polyurethane coating film, paint film need to be coated with sandpaper.
