Brief Introduction:
Pharmaceutical grade fructose is a white crystal or crystalline powder with strong hygroscopicity. Because its metabolism is not dependent on insulin and has little effect on blood sugar, it can be used as an energy and body fluid supplement drug for diabetic patients in general. In addition, glycerin-fructose injection is used as a drug for lowering intracranial pressure. This product has little damage to renal function and can steadily reduce intracranial pressure. While reducing intracranial pressure, it can supply energy and improve cerebral blood flow and brain metabolism.

Product Performance:
Pharmaceutical grade Fructose has a low glycemic index, with a GI value between 19 and 21; high osmotic pressure, which is twice that of granulated sugar. Pharmaceutical grade fructose is mainly used for energy, body fluid replenishment, and reduction of intracranial pressure. Fructose injection is an energy and body fluid supplement. Fructose is more likely to form glycogen than glucose, and is mainly metabolized by fructokinase in the liver. It is easily metabolized into lactic acid and quickly converted into energy. Fructose Sodium Chloride Injection is used for burns, infections and postoperative operations, etc. It is suitable for fluid rehydration therapy for patients who need to supplement water, sodium salt or energy when they are in insulin resistance or when glucose is not suitable. Glycerin Fructose Injection is used for acute and chronic increased intracranial pressure and cerebral edema caused by cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, intracranial inflammation and other reasons.

Rapid and anomalous mutarotation involve pyranose-furanose interconversion. The final mutarotation value is obtained instantly in the presence of hydroxyl ions. pKa= 12.06 @ 18 °C. Freely sol in water. One gram dissolves in 15 ml alc, in 14 ml methanol.
