Monopotassium Phosphate (MKP) is a high-purity potassium orthophosphate salt with excellent water solubility and stable chemical properties. It is widely used as a pH buffer and acidity regulator in food formulations to stabilize acidity and maintain consistent texture and quality of beverages, dairy products, sauces and baked goods.

Character

Monopotassium Phosphate is a white crystalline powder or granular solid, odorless, readily soluble in water to form slightly acidic aqueous solutions. It has good thermal stability and low hygroscopicity under normal storage conditions.
