    Items Specifications
    Stroma acetone
    Form Liquid
Storage conditions Store in cool, airtight and dark condition. Equilibrating in room temperature (20±3℃) before use, and shaken well to ensure uniformity. Once ampoules opened, it cannot be used as reference material after being melted again. Preventing contamination during use.
Applications This reference material can be used as a working standard for routine analysis and testing; it can also be used for laboratory quality control such as testing method evaluation and instrument calibration.
Reference material Pesticide Residue Testing Manual.
Physical and chemical properties Character description: pure product is colorless crystal, melting point 147-148 ℃, vapor pressure 0.48 × 10-5Pa,(20 ℃), industrial product melting point 142-144 ℃. Solubility (20 ℃),70mg/LH2O,50g/kgacetone,24 g/kg benzene, 43 g/kg dichloromethane. Preparation: wet powder in 25%, suspension rate ≥ 34%, moisture ≤ 3.5%,pH6-8, wetting time ≤ 15h. Production method: using p-nitrotoluene as raw material through four-step reaction of chlorination, reduction, esterification and addition. 1. Chlorination The p-nitrotoluene is reacted with chlorine under ferric chloride and iodine. 2. The reduction of 3-chloro-4-methylnitrobenzene is obtained by catalytic hydrogenation reaction with Raney nickel as catalyst and hydrogen. 3. Esterification of 3-chloro-4-methylaniline reacts with phosgene to obtain 3-chloro-4-toluene isocyanate. 4. Addition process conditions: isocyanate: dimethylamine = 1:1.05-1.1. Dimethylamine is obtained by reacting with 3-chloro-4-toluene isocyanate. In addition, there is carbon disulfide process, which can avoid the use of highly toxic phosgene. Raw material consumption quota: 3-chloro -4-methylaniline (90%)650 kg/t; Carbon disulfide(98%)690 kg/t; Dimethylamine (33%)750 kg/t; Hydrogen peroxide (30%)2600 kg/t. Uses: Green wheat can replace urea wheat herbicides, has the effect of internal absorption and contact killing, broad grass killing spectrum, strong selectivity, long application period, can be from the bud to the seedling stage, mainly used for the control of wheat dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous weeds such as wheat Niang, Bluegrass, Trichophyllum, Polygonum quinoa, etc. It can increase the yield of wheat.
