Active analogues and related compounds include: dl-α-Tocopherol; 1-α-tocopherol; esters (succinate, acetate, phosphate), and β, ζ 1, ζ 2- tocopherols. The principal physiological forms are D-a-tocopherol, tocopheronolactone, and their phosphate esters.
