1. Excellent interfacial lubrication and cleaning effects, effectively reducing adhesive residue on tools, improving product surface finish, and reducing tool wear. 

2. Recommended for use in full synthetic water-based cutting fluid formulations, where it outperforms typical polyether and self-emulsifying ester additives. Particularly effective in aluminum processing, demonstrating exceptional cutting performance.

3. Especially suitable for use in full synthetic metalworking fluids used in cutting, grinding, wire drawing, stamping, and other applications.

Test Components: 1% Lubricant + 1.5% Triethanolamine + 97.5% Deionized Water Foam Test: Take 40 ml of the test solution in a 100 ml graduated cylinder, shake it vigorously up and down 100-120 times within 1 minute, and record the volume (ml) of the upper layer foam for a specific period.
