SUNTENG Barium sulfate, this product is a double X-ray contrast agent. It is a high-density gastrointestinal contrast agent that can be made into suspension of different proportions for use alone, but is usually used together with low-density gas to achieve the purpose of double imaging. It is often used for digestive tract imaging. According to domestic users, barium sulfate with uneven thickness is better than fine and even barium sulfate. Caution for intestinal fistula formation and prone to perforation of certain intestinal diseases, such as appendicitis, diverticula, ulcerative enteritis, parasitic infection.

Pharmacokinetic barium sulfate is not absorbed after oral or injection into the gastrointestinal tract, and is excreted in its original form with the feces, and its excretion time is roughly the same as the passage time of food, non-irritating, non-toxic, basically does not affect the gastrointestinal function, and is a good X-ray contrast agent. After entering the bronchus, most of the cough, a small amount into the alveoli, deposited in the alveolar wall, or phagocytosis and transport to the lung interstitial and lymphatic system, but the speed is very slow, so bronchography is not appropriate.
