Usage and dosage of HMG
Intramuscular injection: Induce ovulation, start with 75~150u/day, use for 7~12 days, and then intramuscularly inject chorionic gonadotropi-n (1000u once a day, for 5 consecutive days, or 3000u once) until the estrogen level increases. Ovulation occurs after 12 hours.

HMG functions and indications Contains FSH and L/H, which can promote the development and maturation of follicles in women, promote the secretion of estrogen by follicles, and cause endometrial hyperplasia. For men, it can promote the development of testicular seminiferous tubules, spermatogenic cell division and sperm maturation. It is mainly used in combination with chorionic gonadotr-opin for primary or secondary amenorrhea caused by insufficient secretion of gonado-ropin, anovulatory oligomenorrhea and infertility caused by it. It is also used for primary or secondary amenorrhea, male sperm deficiency and ovarian function tests.
