Absolute Ethyl Alcohol  refers to a higher purity ethanol aqueous solution, which is a mixture of ethanol and water.   Ethanol (also called ethyl alcohol, grain alcohol, drinking alcohol, or simply alcohol) is an organic chemical compound. It is a simple alcohol with the chemical formula C ₂ H ₆ O. Its formula can be also written as CH ₃ −CH ₂ −OH or C ₂ H ₅ OH (an ethyl group linked to a hydroxyl group), and is often abbreviated as EtOH. Ethanol is a volatile, flammable, colorless liquid with a slight characteristic odor. It is a psychoactive drug, recreational drug, and the active ingredient in alcoholic drinks.

1. Applications:

① Acetic acid, beverage, essence, dye, fuel and so on can be made by Ethanol / Ethyl alcohol.

Main species

1. According to the raw materials used in production, it can be divided into starch raw material fermentation alcohol, molasses raw material fermentation alcohol, sulfite pulp waste liquor fermentation to produce alcohol.
Starchy raw materials fermentation alcohol (generally potatoes, cereals and wild plants and other starchy raw materials, under the action of microorganisms hydrolysis of starch to glucose, and then further fermented by yeast to produce alcohol);
Molasses raw material fermentation alcohol (directly use the sugar in molasses, after dilution sterilization and adding part of the nutrient salt, fermentation alcohol by yeast);
