High Temperature Resistance CAS 16470-24-9 Fluorescent Optical Brightener Ob-1 for Textile

Optical Brightener Heihu chemical co.ltd  is highly effective in polymer substrates such as engineering plastics, PE PC, PVC, PS, ABS, and PP, adhesive and other organic substrates. Main applications include fiber, plastic/textile/detergent/Paper ,molded article, film and sheet. And also can be used in clear lacquers, pigmented lacquers, paints, printing ink and synthetic leather.Heihu chemical co.ltd features excellent resistance to heat, exceptional whitening properties, good properties, good light fastness and low volatility.

Characteristic:
1. Optical brightener DMS has less solubility than VBL and 31#, it can be soluble in hot water and form about 10% suspension liquid. The liquid should be used immediately when ready and avoid sunlight.
2. DMS is stable in Chloride series bleaching agent solutions, has good performance in 20~100ºC.
3. DMS absorbs light of wavelength 349nm, reflects light of wavelength 442nm.
4. DMS is compatible with anionic and non-ionic surfactants.

PVC: White 0.01-0.05% (10g-50g)
Tansparent 0.0001-0.001% (0.1g-1g)
PS: White 0.001% (1g)
Transparent 0.0001-0.001% (0.1g-1g)
ABS: Primitive color 0.01-0.05% (10g-50g)
White 0.001% (1g)
PE,PP: Achromaticity 0.0005-0.001% (0.5g-1g)
White 0.005-0.05% (5g-50g)

2. It has good heat resistance, light resistance and chlorine bleaching properties. It is used in the whitening of polyester fiber, cotton and other fiber blended fabric, and can be used in polyester original solution whitening.
