It possesses a broad spectrum of activity, primarily against Gram-positive bacteria and Mycoplasma species. Its key targets include Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, and Histophilus somni, which are the primary pathogens associated with respiratory illness in cattle.
