I. Product Introduction

High concentration red phosphorus (FRP-750A) is a high-efficiency flame retardant, made by taking the new material compatibilizer as the carrier, melting and mixing through the double screw extruder, cooling and granulating.

Products in this series of have low phosphorus precipitation and phosphine release, good chemical stability, easy dispersion in polymers, and excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance.

The engineering plastic series products produced with this masterbatch have excellent logistics mechanical properties.

III. Product Features

1. High efficiency, with small adding will achieve high flame retardancy.
2. Good mechanical property, low dosage with low impact on mechanical properties.
3. New carrier, with new compatilizer as the carrier, it’s our exclusive technology in China.
4. Fine powder, the average red phosphorus grain size is approximately 10μm.
5. Eco-friendly, non-halogenated, achieve SGS and RoHS requirements.
6. Better flow ability.

IV. Application

Applied for the flame retardancy of PA6/66, PBT, PET, PP, Silastic, etc.

V. Package Storage and Transportation
1. Metal drum with inner PE bag, 40kg/drum.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.

3. Storage in cool dry place.
