Halogen-Free Melamine Cyanurate Flame Retardant--MCA

I. Product Introduction

MCA is a new type of halogen-free flame retardant with superior high temperature resistance. The heat resistance can reach about 380 ℃, and the surface is coated. It has better hydrophobicity and compatibility with materials, while the flame retardant performance is more outstanding. The product can be used alone or in combination with other phosphorus n itrogen flame retardants. Applications are suitable for flame retardant of nylon and polyester materials.

III . Product Features

1. Halogen free and heavy metal free substances, odorless and eco- friendly.

2. It can be used for flame retardant of polyolefins such as epoxy resin, PP and PE. Meanwhile, it can produce synergistic effect with APP and hypophosphite.

3. Different from common halogen containing flame retardants, it is non-corrosive to equipment and molds. 

4. Good thermal stability, decomposition temperature ≥ 360 ℃, especially suitable for flame retardant of PA66 with glass fiber reinforced.

5. The product is white and can be matched into various colors.

6. Good electrical performance, CTI>450V, very suitable for electrical appliances.

IV. Application

It can be used either as a flame retardant alone or as an auxiliary flame retardant additive. It’s widely used in the flame retardancy of various materials such as thermoplastic, polyolefin, synthetic rubber, engineering resin, fire retardant coating, paper and fire board, etc.

V. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 20kg/bag, 600kg/pallet.
2. Storage in cool dry place.

3. Transported as non-dangerous chemical goods.
