T3 Antimony Replacement Flame Retardant Powder
I. Introduction
T3 is a new type of flame retardant compounded with environmentally friendly antimony trioxide with purity at 99.8% and after activation treatment, in the form of white powder.
It can replace the amount of antimony trioxide in the process of using. The product has the advantages of high temperature resistance, fine particle size, good dispersion, etc. And the price is significantly lower than antimony trioxide.

III. Product Feature
- High temperature resistance, especially suitable for PA, PBT, PP, ABS, HIPS, rubber and other materials without discoloration, good thermal stability.
- It can replace the dosage of antimony trioxide completely, and the flame retardant effect remains unchanged.
- High efficiency and environmental protection.
- The whiteness can reach the whiteness of antimony trioxide ≥ 96%.
- The price of T3 is much lower than the price of antimony trioxide, thus reducing the cost.
IV. Package Storage & Transportation
- Vacuum bag with inner poly bag, 25kg/bag, 1.2MT/ pallet, 24MTs/ 20’ container.
- Storage in cool dry place.
- Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
V. Application
Suitable for PA, PVC, PBT, PP, ABS, HIPS, rubber and other products requiring antimony bromide flame retardant treatment.
