Calcium Propionate (CAS:4075-81-4,EINECS:223-795-8, HS Code:29155000, molecular formula Ca(C₃H₅O₂)₂, MW: 186.22) appears as white crystalline powder or granules. It is synthesized by neutralizing propionic acid with calcium hydroxide, then processed through crystallization and drying.
