The results can be obtained directly using a colorimeter, making it very suitable for detecting biological component samples.

Core Function

DA-67 (10-(carboxymethylaminocarbonyl)-3,7-bis(dimethylamino)phenothiazine sodium salt) is a high-sensitivity water-soluble oxidative chromogenic substrate, used together with peroxidase (HRP/POD) to quantitatively detect hydrogen peroxide via colorimetric measurement at 666 nm.
