99.95% high purity N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) supplied from well-known domestic manufacturers Luxi Chemical and Hualu Hengsheng is a premium polar aprotic industrial solvent with CAS number 68-12-2, widely known as the universal solvent in global chemical, synthetic leather, pharmaceutical, fiber and electronic manufacturing sectors. Our factory provides genuine original Luxi and Hualu branded DMF at competitive factory direct low prices with stable long-term spot inventory to meet mass industrial procurement demands.

This product is clear colorless flowing liquid with faint mild amine smell and powerful hygroscopic property; it can be freely mixed with purified water, alcohols, ketones, esters and aromatic solvents without layering. Its boiling point reaches 153℃ with stable slow volatilization rate, which avoids fast drying defects such as orange peel, air bubbles and surface whitening during paint, ink and synthetic leather production, greatly improving finished product surface smoothness and yield rate.

Luxi and Hualu DMF adopts full continuous rectification production line with strict multi-stage impurity separation, controlling main content above 99.95%, moisture, free amine and volatile residues down to ultra-low ppm levels. Low impurity indicators effectively prevent side reactions during pharmaceutical intermediate synthesis and polymer polymerization, guaranteeing stable quality of downstream synthetic leather, acrylic fiber and polyurethane adhesive products. Compared with inferior low-purity DMF, Luxi and Hualu high-grade raw materials reduce equipment blocking, discoloration and odor problems in continuous mass production, lowering overall production loss cost for manufacturers.

In synthetic leather and PU industry, DMF acts as core solvent to dissolve PU resin and adjust slurry viscosity for artificial leather wet-coating production. For textile factories, it serves as spinning bath solvent to produce soft and uniform acrylic fiber. Pharmaceutical factories use DMF as high-efficiency extraction solvent to separate and purify antibiotic and organic drug intermediates with high extraction efficiency.
